Multiple Tiwaz runes stacked atop one another to resemble a tree-like shape, appear several times in pre-Viking Age Scandinavia, such as on the Kylver stone from Gotland, Sweden that is dated to 400 AD, and the medal from Zealand, Denmark that is dated to 500 AD.
